The golden rule: Never eat or drink anything cold — cold shuts down your digestive fire (agni). All smoothies, soups, and water must be warm or at room temperature. Your main meal is always at midday (11 AM–2 PM) when agni is strongest.

Choose one or two to begin. Build gradually — this is not about perfection.

  • Anything cold

  • Ghee & coconut oil
  • Warming spices (turmeric, ginger, cumin, cardamom)
  • CCF tea & Tulsi tea
  • 8–12 glasses warm water daily
  • Everything warm or room temperature

Temperature reminder: Cold food and drinks — including smoothies straight from the blender or fridge — shut down agni. If a smoothie is cold, warm it gently in a pot first. Soups are always served hot. Water is always warm or room temperature. This applies every single day of the program.
